ButterPOS provides a point of sale platform that enables hospitality businesses to manage orders, integrate with delivery platforms, and gain insights into their operations. Our services include but are not limited to:

Order management and processing
GoFood and GrabFood integration
Menu management and synchronization
Sales reporting and analytics
Customer loyalty and rewards programs

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
Providing accurate financial and business information

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The ButterPOS platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ButterPOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ButterPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
